To enter the Delete keyword in the command line, use one of the options:

- Press Delete
- Type **Delete **
- Type the shortcut **D**

## Description

The Delete keyword is a function keyword which is used to remove data in a show file.

## Syntax

Delete \[Object] \["Object\_Name" or Object\_Number]

## Option Keywords

The Delete keyword uses the following option keywords:

- [/NoConfirmation](/grandma3/2-4/ok_noconfirmation/)

## Examples

- To delete group 1 in the group pool, type:
