To enter the Channel keyword in the command line, use one of the options:

- Press Channel
- Type **Channel**
- Type the shortcut **Ch**
- Type **F** + **1**

## Description

The Channel keyword is an object keyword used to select fixtures of the ID type Channel.

Use the Channel keyword as a default keyword for the command line when programming with channels. For more information see [Workspace - Command Line - Change the Default Keyword](/grandma3/2-4/ws_ui_command_line/).

## Syntax

Channel \["Channel\_Name" or Channel\_Number]

## Example

- To select channel ID 10, type:
